We offer two options for cooperation

Blue Strategy as Your Representation in Poland

Who this model is for

This model is for GCC-based companies that want to buy from Poland quickly and safely (food products, FMCG, raw materials, components, finished goods), but don’t want to waste time on dozens of inconsistent offers or risk working with a supplier that “looks good on paper” but later fails on quality, documentation, or deadlines. It also works well if you want a local negotiation partner and a single point of accountability on the Poland side.

In this cooperation model, you entrust Blue Strategy with conducting business activities in Poland on your behalf — so you receive verified suppliers, comparable offers, and a safe process from inquiry to order.

What we do on your behalf:

  • We identify and pre-verify manufacturers/suppliers (production capacity, export readiness, company credibility, operational stability).
  • We run a structured RFQ process so offers are comparable (typically FCA/FOB + required documents) — one comparison matrix, the same criteria, clear differences.
  • We negotiate key terms (MOQ, lead time, price, packaging) and we also typically finalize: payment terms, shipment schedules, quality terms and claims/returns.
  • We verify basic compliance readiness (ingredients/allergens, HALAL if required, shelf life, labeling readiness) and prepare a document checklist for import.
  • We coordinate samples and prepare a shortlist for your decision, including our recommendation and the risks requiring your approval.

Additionally (optional, if you want “full service”):

  • quality and consistency verification (audit / third-party inspection, reference samples, quality protocols)
  • support with export and commercial documents (invoices, packing lists, certificates, declarations, required statements)
  • logistics and Incoterms coordination (FCA/FOB/CIF, insurance, timelines, delivery planning)
  • adapting packaging and labels to the target market (including language versions, if needed)

What you get as the outcome:

A supplier shortlist + RFQ offer comparison + complete commercial terms + guidance on documentation/compliance requirements — ready for decision-making and order execution.

Your benefits:

  • Local leverage in Poland (communication, negotiations, documentation — on the ground).
  • Lower risk: fewer “good-price” offers that later fail due to documentation, labels, shelf life, or logistics.
  • Time savings: a shortlist and clear comparison instead of scattered offers.
  • Process control: one channel, one accountable person coordinating everything, plus regular status updates and a decision list for approval.
  • Safer with us — we know the nuances of Polish business. Your success is our success.

Settlement model (simple and fair):

  • Initial fee (retainer) to launch the project – reserves the team’s resources and covers preparatory work (supplier verification, RFQ, offer comparison, shortlist); it also ensures priority execution.
  • Success fee – charged only if you place an order with suppliers recommended by Blue Strategy, with a simple protection mechanism to ensure a fair process for both sides.

Become a business owner in Poland

We help investors and entrepreneurs from the GCC region enter the Polish market safely — from the strategic decision, through formalities, to operational launch. We operate in an end-to-end model, with one coordinator on your side and full control of the process, timeline, and costs.

How we can help you:

  • Company setup from scratch – we guide you through every step: choosing the structure, registration, documents, office address/services, banking, taxes, and operational readiness. We provide a compliance checklist and the complete set of required forms.
  • Acquisition of an existing company – we help you purchase the entire company or a shareholding stake, with a strong focus on transaction security and full transparency. We organize and coordinate the due diligence process (legal, financial, tax), verification of liabilities, contracts, escrow/payment terms, and a secure transfer of management.
  • Selection of profitable companies and projects – we source and verify investment opportunities at various stages of development, including concept-stage projects. We deliver a shortlist with risk analysis, upside potential, and a recommendation of next steps.

Experts “under one roof”

We work with proven specialists essential for running a business in Poland: lawyers, accountants and tax advisors, sales and marketing experts, HR/recruitment, and operational partners. When needed, we provide communication in English and coordination among stakeholders.

How we work (professional standard)

We run projects in a structured, predictable way — so you have full control over scope, timeline, costs, and risk.

  • Clear scope of work (SOW) and implementation timeline
At the start, we define the Scope of Work: what exactly we do, what we do not do, and where each party’s responsibility begins and ends. Then we break the project into stages (e.g., structure → registration → bank → taxes → operational launch), set milestones, deadlines, and dependencies, and specify who provides which data and documents. This keeps the process controlled and makes time and costs predictable.
  • Information security (NDA at the start, structured document flow)
Before you share sensitive information, we sign an NDA (non-disclosure agreement). We set up a secure and orderly document workflow: a single place for file exchange, version control, and clear rules for access and approvals. This is especially important for ownership and financial data and for documents required in registration or due diligence processes.
  • Progress reporting + a risk register and decision list for approval
We report regularly on status: what has been done, what is in progress, what requires data/action, and what the next steps are. In parallel, we maintain a risk register (e.g., formal, tax, operational risks) with recommended mitigation actions. Items requiring your decision are presented as a clear approval list — no chaos and no surprises.
  • Post-launch support: operations, administration, partners, recruitment
After company setup or acquisition, we help with the real operational launch: we set up operational processes, coordinate administration and day-to-day matters, select and verify partners (e.g., accounting, legal, marketing, logistics), and support recruitment and onboarding. This ensures the company not only exists formally, but starts operating in practice.
